Acting for Probuild in drafting and negotiating a contract with an outsourced ICT services provider.

Acting for Queensland Motorways on a major motorway upgrade project as well as an intelligent transport system and reconfiguration of interchanges for an adjoining motorway.

Acting for SunWater on the construction of the Connors River Dam and Pipelines project in north Queensland, including drafting and negotiating Early Contractor Involvement contracts, preparing procurement documents and advising on the contracting framework.

Acting for Seqwater on a water treatment plant project.

Acting for SPARQ Solutions, the information and communications technology services to Queensland’s electricity suppliers on over 200 separate projects including drafting and negotiating contracts, procurement documentation and acting as probity advisor for major technology implementations with international and Australian vendors, including distribution management system, data centre, managed service desk, business intelligence, back-up archive and recovery, and business information blueprinting projects.

Acting for a major Australian passenger airline service and its related rewards program on provision of loyalty management services, relaunch of the rewards program, refurbishment of check-in facilities, various flight recording, communications systems, simulators, databases and services contracts.

Acting for Queensland Rail in the preparation of a Government Information Technology contracting framework for an infrastructure capability project.
